War Child.help Grant Application Terms of Agreement
Before submitting a request for support from War Child.help, please carefully read and confirm that you agree to the following terms:
1. Grant Recipient:

Only parents or guardians of a child affected by war can apply for support.

A support request can only be submitted for one specialized item, which you will choose when filling out the dedicated donation form.
2. Required Information:
Dedicated Form:

Select the type of donation.

Share your story.

Video Request (up to 5 minutes) where the war-affected child’s parents or guardians explain why they need this help.

Provide the following personal information:

War-affected child’s name and surname, age (optional but preferred).

Your name and surname.
-
Your contact information (email address and phone number).

-
Your home address. Where to deliver the shipment.
-

Written Request in your native language (so we can translate it into English) detailing:

Why you are applying for this donation.
-

How the specialized items provided by War Child.help will assist you.

3. Responsibility and Publicity:

Upon receiving support from War Child.help, you agree to create a video up to 5 minutes long thanking the sponsors. The video must show the shipment marked with the War Child.help logo.

All information will be publicly available, so when submitting your request, you must comply with the child protection laws in force in your country.
4. Consent:

By submitting a request for support from War Child.help, you confirm that:

You are the child’s parents or guardians.
-
You agree to all of the above rules.

You allow War Child.help to use the information you provide to deliver support and publish it publicly

5. Prosthetics
- You need to find a suitable prosthetics manufacturer from the EU.
- Discuss with the manufacturer the exact cost estimate for the prosthesis you require.
- Contact War Child for payment of the invoice.
- We will publicly share your touching story with the global community and international businesses to help raise the necessary funds for your prosthesis. Your journey is an inspiration, and by reaching out to both individuals and businesses, we believe we can gather the support needed to make this possible. Together, we can help you achieve the mobility and independence you deserve.
- The funds collected for your prosthesis will be transferred to your chosen EU prosthetics manufacturer’s account based on the provided invoice.
